Thanksgiving for sunshine, safety and support. 

For the sixth year in a row, we had a beautiful sunny tournament day!  We are so thankful to God for keeping the players safe - no major injuries.  And most of all, thankful for generous support from team sponsors, players and donors to bring in $18,800 and counting!

The money we have raised this year is supporting  Word & Deed's "Bundles of Love" program: over 800 children in Barranquilla and Bogota will receive clothing and toys at Christmas as well as a special Christmas program.  To fund the program in both cities, a total of $19,600 is needed.  We would love to raise the final $900 so that we can fund the whole project... if you are inclined to help, you can donate online here, or contact Willetta at softball.wd@gmail.com to arrange for pickup of a cheque.
